Why is there a "Cable" cost on our HOA budget? We pay $150 per month extra for this line item. Why is there a relationship between the property managers, association and Comcast Cable. Why do we pay the basic cable for all owners. Why not just let us pay our full cable bills individually. If this is the reason for this expenditure, then we are being robbed. If for maintenance of cable owned wires on property, etc, why would we pay for that? I can't get a call back from our property managers on this question, or find info online anywhere on this matter.
