Question:
My unit is across from the garbage container unit. I just found a 7 inch rat running across my kitchen.
I am doing a daily inspection of the garbage unit, and have found lots of rat droppings, and once saw a rat running up in the removable containers.
This is a health hazard. Is the association responsible to taking care of this problem before it becomes bigger than just my unit?
I am sure the rats can go though the walls to other units and intact may be doing that now. I will be checking.
