Condo board members give themselves contracting deals

Question:

The president and vice president of my condo association decided that they would contract to do cleaning and garbage pick up twice weekly at a sum of $1400 per month. I am also on the board but was out of town when they made this decision without considering my approval. The contract was made in the president maiden name for an obvious attempt to hide this from owners who would likely not connect the name to the president. First of all our CCRs state that we are a non-profit entity and it states that NO owner shall make any money doing work for the association so this appears to me that this is illegal and should be stopped. Please advise if you can. Thanks, RCC
