Most recently, I have uncovered that a convicted felon was appointed as a director of the HOA. I am an owner of a condo within the dwelling and I reside in the state of California. This individual is not only a convicted felon but alleged pedophile. His profile and picture is currently listed on Megan's List.
What can I do about the appointment because I just adopted a minor child and I am very apprehensive that the board/property management company did not do a proper screening of applicants.
