Question:
Three of the eight board members from my condominium association were named in a state lawsuit for allegedly breaching their fiduciary duty and committing fraud.
I have owned my condo here for 13 years. The transition committee was made up of people who were protecting the declarant instead of the community.
As a result, people like me who stood up asking for accountability, transparency, employee job descriptions & qualified employees have been vandalized, harassed & bullied.
A monopoly against me by select directors
has caused me to be spit on, attacked, shunned
& libeled.
I cannot not have a car in parking garage due to vandalism. Unreal ? I would not believe it myself if I did not live it.
It is still going on, even though the state law suit is settled. Do I have any recourse against these directors?
We recently hired a new manager who I believe will be very good if directorship allows. However, our last manager was micromanaged& was penalized for being fair to all residents.
It is very hard to live in a community where the leaders & employees constantly harass & slander residents.
Open for suggestions.
