Our condo board and management company resist suggestions for improvement offered by homeowners.
Most of these suggestions involve no cost and little or no time to be expended by the board or property manager. These suggestions would benefit every homeowner, every board member, and the property manager and would positively affect property values, safety, community appearance, and homeowner satisfaction.
What can we do, other petition in writing or serve on the board, to eliminate this NIH (Not Invented Here) syndrome?
