Question:
I live in Miami beach a 12 unit condo association / HOA . My concern is the building has no flood or wind coverage. I know I can get my own
flood insurance, but wind insurance must be for the whole building. I'm a hostage in my building because more then half don't want to spend the money on the Citizens policy. I can not believe the state not make it mandatory that condos in high hurricane areas must carry wind coverage its just a matter of time I will lose my condo from a massive storm and there nothing I can do. There must be a legal way to have the building get a policy? DBABBENASK69
