We are a 3 unit condo association in Waltham MA. Each unit gets a trustee to represent their interest in the association. One of the units was just sold to a new owner. As far as I can tell, no documentation was done at the closing getting the former owner to resign from the association and the new owner to be able to appoint a trustee.
Are there any documents that should have been exchanged/signed, and if so where would we get them?
