Question:
We have many off site owners on our board, Our by-laws state that you have to live on the property to be on the board.
Now I am told our by-laws don't matter, and that the IL condo act rules supersede our laws. Why do condos have any laws if they mean nothing?
Our property is going down hill because of our off site homeowner board. They just don't care. What can we do?
I live in a mid to upper middle class neighborhood, and have talked to a couple of these neighbors who are concerned by what they see happening on our property. Many of us have spent quite a bit of money upgrading our homes, I love my home, our property is great and location is fabulous. I am very concerned and need to know what our options are. Thank you!
