This question is submitted by Marie D. out of Connecticut

A leak was discovered in the pipe which is the association's responsibility. The owner expects the association to pay for the damage to the inside of the unit, caused by this leak. Would the master policy include paying for the entire damage (both common elements and then the interior of the unit damaged)?
