My son and I have been singled out to assume responsibility for turn on and turn off for sprinkler valves in my basement and in his garage for the pat 16 years. No other co-owners have had such a responsibility and we have received only threats and complaints when contractors come by to do this without appointments to enter our units. The board chairman has threatened me verbally that I am liable to pay for unscheduled turn-offs and on. What are my rights in this matter; in fact, I am unable to provide this free service now as I am in a wheelchair due to surgery recently. Any help is appreciated. Brighton Michigan
