Any guidance in Florida for interior lighting rules?

I have researched the Florida Statutes for condo HOAs and I can not find any restrictions on what color lights that can be seen from the interior of our units. Our Board is trying to pass a rule & regulation that only white lights are allowed and any other light will be a violation, including Christmas tree lights! Are my Constitutional rights being violated is this not a type of an unreasonable R&R, per Florida Statues?
