Association meetings not following bylaws

Question:

According to our association Bylaws, there must be 30 days written notice delivered to all owners announcing an association meeting. Notification was delayed and notice was communicated by email and posted bulletin with less than 30 days notice by the board. I protested that the board ignored the bylaws and should reschedule according to the condo bylaws. I received no response from the president or any board member. Another owner owner called the president to ask when the association meeting will be held. The response he got was that the association meeting would not be changed. Do or any other owners have any leverage or just announce our protest at the owners meeting?  New Jersey
