Best building security for condo complexes?

Question:

Can anyone recommend a company/product for video surveillance in our condo complex?  We have a designated entrance and an exit. There is quite a bit of parking space and common grounds, but I am thinking a camera at the entrance and one at the exit would deter criminals.
