Question:
Our newly elected board members are harassing former board members by installing video cameras near the former board members' condos, only.
They are also hiring their non-licensed, non-insured or non-bonded friends to do the work, and were overheard discussing charging the association an overly inflated amount for the work, so they could split the money amongst themselves.
