The President of the BOD for our HOA is a realtor. He has sold many properties in our community and has rental properties. Does he have a conflict of interest?
He recently sold a home and advised the new homeowner she could put up a fence on the lake that does not conform to current covenants and restrictions. Now he is attempting to amend the covenants and restrictions to allow her fence type. Any advice?
