Question:
I live in a condo association whose docs say that a renter can be on the board. This is in Florida.
Unfortunately, a renter has been attending our board meetings and sending notes to unit owners when she wants to comment, causing distress and hard feelings with the other unit owners.
I really have two questions;
1. Can a non unit owner attend board meetings?
2. Have you ever heard of a renter serving on a board?
