Can a condo association suddenly decide to sell it's boat slip spaces? We have a small complex; about half of the units are on the water, half of the units are in the back. The problem is that we only have boat slips for half. Currently we are operating on a first come, first serve basis. Some owners feel that there will be a proposition by the board president soon to sell the boat slips and/or only offer them to the front units. Is this even possible to do? Would it take majority vote? We don't want the resale value of our back units to suffer. Thank you in advance!
