Can condo board control what you put in front of your window?

Question:

My condominium has a required type of window blind for a consistent look, we have floor to ceiling windows. I understand this and comply, however now they are saying that no "personal items" can be visible from a window. I have furniture in front of windows, don't I have a right to use my residence as I like?
