Window replacements in condo buildings

Question:

MY CONDO BUILDING IS 28 YEARS OLD 2 OF MY WINDOW IN MY CONDO HAVE BROKEN SEAL HARDLY NOTICABLE FROM OUTSIDE AS I AM ON THE SECOND FLOOR HOWEVER MY WINDOW ARE WELDED TO THE FRAME SO THEY CANNOT JUST REPLACE THE PANES BUT NEED TO REPLACE THE WINDOW BUT SINCE THE UNIT IS 28 YEARS OLD THE NEW WONDOW WOULD NOT BE UNIFORM WITH THE OTHER WINDOW AM I REQUIRED TO PAY FOR THIS OR SHOULD ALL THE UNITS IN THE COMPLEX HAVE TO REPLACE THE WINDOWS TO BE IN HARMONY WTH THE PERIMETERS
