I just received notice my condo association has filed a lien against me

Question:

On 7/20/2015 I just received notice that the condo association has filed a lien on my condo.  I realize I am almost one year behind my on association fees but due to my disability, and awaiting social security benefits I have fallen behind. I am up to date with my mortgage payments. Once the lien takes place, within the next 30 days a foreclosure will be sited and I would have to leave, even when I am paying my mortgage.
