Can condo owner go fishing on association's lake property?

Question:

We have a lake on located on our NJ condo property. Sign says NO FISHING. Trustees say because of insurance. Yet I see residents chipping golf balls and flying drones. I pay my maintenance on time and I have a NJ fishing license. I release all I catch. So what happens if I go fishing?  Freehold NJ
