A contractor purchased the condo above me and now wants to sell to a person interested in renting on a one to two week basis to tourists. (Live in Orlando) The Board is denying this. The contractor says he's going to sue the Board because the docs say rentals can be as little as a one week-basis. This sounds like a real mess to me. Who is right? Where should the Board go from here? (I'm not a Board member but do serve on a committee)
