Question:
The declaration of our condo association states units are for sole use of owner, family and friends without further stipulation or exceptions.
Last year, without discussion or a vote, the board changed this to one friend, who must have been known by the owner for 2 years, and can stay for a max of 2 weeks during a 12 month period!
Can they legally do this? We have a meeting coming up, and I want to challenge so need to be armed with as much info as possible.
