Question:
I live in a villa in Florida under HOA Statute 720.
It is still under builder control, only 65% completed. They had allowed solar tubes to be installed on the roofs of some villas, and now they say they are not going to allow them.
They denied a request that I submitted through the ACC.
Can the Builder deny my request to install a solar tube, when federal and state laws state that they cannot stop the installation of any solar devices?
