I have had a total of 6 water intrusions in two bedrooms, and am now having another leak from the roof.
The HOA has been giving me the run around on this present leak. The maintenance company for our condominiums sent a workman to inspect the wet, moldy carpet and he took pictures of that area, which definitely showed that it has water damage.
The HOA says I will have to wait until the roof has been repaired before they will repair the wall in this bedroom. In the meantime, I will be living in a moldy, wet environment. I think they should fix my wall now.
A pre-remediation microbial evaluation was performed by EFI Global on the 6 previous water intrusions and the report showed high levels of chaetomium and stachybotrys spores.
What can I do to get this water problem from the exterior facade fixed by the HOA?
