Can HOA take away my parking spots?

When I bought my condo in 2009, I was offered an extra parking spot which belongs to the community which I paid extra $35.  Later I requested another spot for my uncle that was living with me and was granted by the HOA. After 12 years , the new HOA want to terminate my parking spots. Do I have the right to dispute? They only give me 30 days to vacate my spot.
