Question:
Our Florida condominium (townhouses) has a dog weight limitation rule (less than 40 lbs).
I own a unit with a patio, and my mother, age 94, lives in it. Every evening I must visit her for a couple of hours.
She always wants to see me with my dog. And my dog is 100 lbs. The property manager stated that I cannot come to the territory of condominium even for the short visit because my dog over the weight limit.
It sounds ridiculous to me! Is such a restriction legal? Thanks.
