Can I sue condo board for not following bylaws?

Question:

I just joined the Board in a small 12 unit condo. The President , VP and manager do not follow bylaws. They are hiring contractors without having a Board meeting and voting on bids. Can I sue the Board for not following bylaws ? I'm on the Board, they are not including me in any decisions.  Surfside, Florida
