Can property manager withhold board member information?

Question:

Does a property management company have a right to withhold Board Member information? For example, I have requested the names of the individuals sitting on the board and their positions and the property management company refused to provide this information. The reason provided was "Board contact information is not available to homeowners. All communication is expected to go through our office". Does a property management company have a right to withhold this information from unit owners?  Connecticut
