Question:
Is it legal for a real estate agent to pay delinquent condo fees in order to get the percentage down and sell a condominium without the prospective buyer knowing about it?
It seems like it is nothing more than "cooking the books", and puts the potential condo owner at risk for future sale or refinancing of the condo.
This is exactly what has happened to us in WA State.
