Can we offset our condo fees for work rendered?


Question:

I am president of four-unit condo association in Florida. I and the other full time owner handle what in essence are the property manager duties, schedule contractors, pay the bills, deal with exterminators, handle hurricanes, and anything else that needs addressed.. The other two units are snowbirds, so they are not involved in day-to-day condo duties, leaving nearly all the work to just us two. Can we change our monthly condo dues, for example, so we pay less. I've taken paid vacation time to deal with condo issues. It's unfair and costly in time and effort yet we all pay the same amount. What's the solution?
