Can we rid of a useless HOA board and just have a property manager?

Question:

I was wandering if there is a way to dissolve a board of trustees on the HOA and just have the Property Management. Because that is all we need. They are great in taking care of all the needs owners and renters need. Board of Trustees are just old senile busy bodies who are causing problems. I don't pay for that.  Dayton. Ohio
