Can our condo association use facebook?

State of Georgia.  I have started a facebook group for our condominium owners. I have put notices up in the mail room inviting owners to join. So far this week witnesses have told me that a board member has removed them. I have posted them again, and again they were removed. Is a member of the BOD allowed to do this. Does this come under the "Freedom of Speech law?
