This is the first time in 28 years the Condo Board and Property Management have shown condo owners a review of proposed 2018 budget and actual budget/outcome for 2017. I do have a couple of questions: 1) The 2017 budget shows only dates from 1/01/2017 thru 9/01/2017 (Annual Meeting date, I surmise)
2.) Is Prop Mgt fee included in budget as it was not included?
3.) Is Master Insurance cost included on budget as it was not included?
Misc fee's were included with no explanation or detail and in 2017 were only $523 - this year's 2018 budget review showed $35,000.
Thank you for clarifying and replying to any/all information. Owners either in person or by proxy have to meet with Board and Prop Mgt next board meeting January 25th. We, condo owners, just rcv'd this per email from Prop Mgr 1/10/2018.
