Condo building storage space is misallocated

Have just learned that the allocated storage space in our condo's basement is currently being occupied incorrectly. Documents filed by the builder and provided by the Registry of Deeds indicate our space is occupied by another owner and vice-versa. How do we legally notify this individual that we must switch spaces, and also give a time frame in which to do so? She is the neighbor from hell and even a friendly hello can elicit a call to the police for harassment.
