Massachusetts Condo Conversion: Steps to Re-List

We had a two-bedroom condo next to a one-bedroom condo. We converted them into a studio and a three-bedroom unit. What steps do we need to take to have them re-listed with the condo association, the city, and on the deed? We would like to be able to sell them as two separate units.
