Condo owner's family takes over the pool area every weekend

Question:

We have an owner of a condo at our place that's a 20 unit complex. Every weekend they bring many people and screaming grandchildren to hang out near the pool and they take all the chairs making it very uncomfortable for the rest of the owners who generally want to come on the weekends and relax... What can we do about this? It has been mentioned to them a few times by various owners but they have a "I can do whatever I want" attitude.
