Contractor causes damage to condo unit.  No remedy in sight.

Question:

live in a condo in Roseville, MN. The board hired a contractor to do roofing. During this process several things have been broken in my unit. I have been without kitchen cupboards and a microwave since 4/20/2016. When I talk to the board I am referred to the management company who then refers me to the contractor. There are also other things that have been damaged. What other avenues do I have?
