Do our HOA fees sound fair and correct?

Question:

We have some units that share a single structure with another unit. Some of the condos in our HOA are single family homes. One unit per structure. The smaller units, approximately 1100 square feet per unit pay $185 per month. Multiply that by 2 for the structure and the fees total $370. The single family units pay $210 per month for 3,000 square feet or more.  Does this sound fair and correct?  Iowa.
