Does Florida have a say in what associations can do with rental income?

Question:

My Florida Condo Association has foreclosed on several units and is currently renting some of them. Does Florida Statutes mandate how these rents are to be applied (legal fees, late fees, repairs to make unit livable and Member fees)?
