Does insurance pay for water damage from fire sprinklers?

We had a small fire in one of our fourth floor condos yesterday. Needless to say the sprinkler on that condo went off to quell the fire. Before the fire department could turn off the sprinkler system significant damage had been done to three other units. What insurance company is responsible for repairs ? The unit owner or our condo association insurance?  Maryland
