Elevator problems in condo building 


Question:

The key that is inserted into the elevator lock - opens the elevator door but does not work on a regularly basis, management and the Property Manager have received complaints advising on this matter but it has not been fixed,

Our intercom phone located in the lobby to buzz guests/visitors/maintenance employees in to our building does not work on all of the Shareholders phones, Complaints have been received but problem not corrected.  What to do?
