Florida Condo Association suffers mold problems on top floor

I live on the penthouse floor of a Florida Condo Association.

Over the past seven years, we’ve had problems with water leaks in the hallway, which has resulted in major mold issues both in my condo unit and in the top floor hallways.

I have approached the Board of Directors multiple times on this issue, but it appears they do not have plans to do anything about it. Is there a state agency I can call for guidance in my situation?
