Florida Condo Owners Fear Losing Ability To Rent

Question:

My partners and my wife and myself own a condo together, and we are moving to the state of Arizona from Florida. We want to sell a rented condo to another and our partners will stay on the title. There are no rentals in this community any longer (for quite a while now), but we were grandfathered in.

Will the condo and us lose the ability to rent this condo if 50% of the title is changed?
