Florida dog groomer being singled out for violation by board

I have lived in an over 55 community since 2006. I am a retired dog groomer.

The comunity has known that I groom dogs for about 5 or 6 months, all from inside the community. I have been grooming the president of the board's dog for 4 years. There are dog sitters, and a woman who does sewing and real estate, all living here.

I just got a violation letter saying I cannot do this anymore. The members directory has listed all of us in it since 2006, and at the club house. Can they enforce this bylaw now, after knowing all these years? I am the only person who got this letter.
