I live in a condo association in southwest Florida. Our manager and his wife (secretary) have been cleaning/house watching in our building for 15 years without a license or insurance coverage. I was able to get my hands on a billing statement with his wife's name and our condos billing address on it. Is there a Florida state statue that prohibits a manager to have a side job where his place of employment is? I have discussed this with our new president and he sees nothing wrong with doing unlicensed side work by our manager and his wife. Suggestions please!
