Freehold NJ roofing company wants to install carcinogenic roofing material

Recently at an open meeting a presentation was made by a roofing company. The spokesperson was a laborer and could only say the chemicals being used were both safe and organic. After the meeting I requested copies of the Material Safety Data Sheets or MSDS sheets. I given all but one. I made another request for the MSDS that was missing and have yet to receive it. I asked again and was told I'll get. Still have not received it. I was able to get the product number and did a search and was successful in getting the missing MSDS. It is categorized as a code one carcinogenic. What do I do next? Freehold, New Jersey.
