Question:
Some neighbors have discovered that a homeowner has been granted "hardship status" (for four years), and only pays $25 of the required $325 dues.
Another property manager (not our corrupt one) stated this is illegal.
The budget does not reflect this; it states a projection of 100% of owners paying 100% of dues, so of course the budget is never accurate, from day one (and we are in a severe budget crisis to begin with).
What can be done about this?
