Are There Grants Available for Condo Associations With Deferred Maintenance?

Due to previous Boards perpetually deferring maintenance on our community, we need a lot of work done around here: gutters, painting, replacing some wood, etc. Is there anyone who offers grants for community associations? Many of the owners in our community are older people on a fixed income. I believe we have 5 1/2 acres and the condos take up 3.25 Acres.
